About

Diane started her career as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Then, quickly returned to school for Massage Therapy. Working a combination of both for over 20 years. This has created a different approach to manual therapy with very structural and anatomy-focused training and a feel for muscle balance and symmetry in the body. Able to feel the lines of tension, which are often not at the painful location, giving the ability to attain greater results with manual therapy. I specialize in manual therapy, from myofascial release to muscle energy techniques and lymphatic drainage. Also, utilizing IASTM and cupping to further enhance results. Experience in recovery from strains, sprains, repetitive motion injuries, and orthopedic injuries. Excellent results with scar tissue release. Also, experience in treating patients that are undergoing oncological treatments, with specialty training in breast cancer treatment. Familiar and able to help many people with fibromyalgia and chronic pain.

Diane is also a personal trainer. Offering personal training in combination with a massage session or separately. What a great way to get moving again!

Sessions are booked with extra time between sessions to allow an entire 60 minutes (or scheduled amount of time) of hands-on treatment time. Each session is customized to the client’s needs. Swedish relaxation massage to relax and decrease stress. Deep tissue or other manual therapy for specific problem areas or a combination with increased focus in trouble areas.

“Diane Dunham has been my massage therapist for over 15 years and seen me through numerous physical issues. She is very caring and focused and takes time to listen to your concerns or questions prior to beginning each session. For me, what sets her apart from other therapists is her training in massage therapy combined with her years as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Knowledge in these two disciplines makes her highly attuned to individual needs and able to provide more depth to the massage experience. If there is an issue that goes beyond what can be addressed by massage, she does not hesitate to suggest a referral elsewhere. Diane is professional, engaging and I always leave with a relaxed and comforted body!”

“My first massage was a luxury experience years ago. Now it is part of a healthy routine that prevents small issues from becoming big problems. Diane’s training takes the massage experience a step further. Diane changes the session as needed to address my current problems. Through the years regular massage sessions have helped speed recovery, managed stress, and get me back to moving normal.”
